Wellbeing check-in

For adults experiencing consistently low mood or concerned they may have depression. Reflect at your own pace and consider one small act of care. You do not need a diagnosis to use these tools.

For adults 18+. These are self-reflection tools, not diagnosis, therapy, or a crisis service. Find human support.

Ideas into everyday actions

Optional reflection practices

Try practical reflection exercises inspired by The Courage to Be Disliked. Created for GenFIRE, these exercises are not quotations or an official companion to the book.

Use what fits and skip what does not. Mental-health difficulties are not a failure of choice or courage. Book reference and wellbeing resources open separately so you can keep your draft here.

Your privacy here

Unsaved writing is kept in this tab's memory, not in GenFIRE's browser storage. It is cleared when you leave or reload. Saving sends your entry to GenFIRE's hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase, under your account.

Other users cannot read your entries. They do not appear in the app's admin dashboard, financial plans, shared links, or AI prompts. This page does not load analytics scripts.

Storage is not end-to-end encrypted: authorised infrastructure operators may technically access stored data. Delete an entry here or delete your account through your GenFIRE account settings. Provider backups may retain copies for their configured retention period.
